Due to the digital nature of our services (Launch Packages and SEO Tools), we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or the product has been published on our platform.

Exceptions & Case-by-Case Basis

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
